Projects & Group Sales Manager
Stephen provides specialist assistance to various Rural and Residential projects in addition to covering each branch when managers are on leave. Auctioneer Licence certified. Originally from a stock and station background Stephen has lived in the Nelson area most of his life and has worked predominantly in Real Estate for the last 17 years. Stephen's extensive local knowledge, high levels of customer service and his enviable record of sales, over many years now stands him well in his new role of Projects and Group Sales Manager. Besides his sales management duties Stephen works closely with new developments and subdivisions - urban and rural. Allister Nalder, Summit's General Manager, and Stephen Orrah have worked together since 1985 and in 1992 became business partners forming Summit Real Estate, orignally franchised to the Challenge Realty Group and traded for five years as one of their top 10 office is New Zealand.
