Ben began Real Estate in September 2005 and has successfully completed 5 years in Real Estate, selling in excess of 150 properties, consistently achieving a place among the elite Summit Top 10 Salespeople and the Summit Champions Club. Ben has as a result of his dedication been recognized within the group for his on going commitment and was at the end of his first financial year awarded to the highest level as Rookie of the Year. At the end of the 2009/2010 financial year Ben placed 4th out of Summit's 80 Salespeople and was the #1 Salesperson for the Nelson/Stoke offices, completing sales in excess of 8.3 Million Dollars. Ben has achieved outstanding results for his clients since starting his career with Summit, he has an enthusiasm and focus that drives him to a level that few achieve. Ben's enthusiasm and easy communication makes selling or buying a hassle free experience. Ben prides himself on ensuring his vendors and purchasers are completely satisfied. -History- Ben was raised in Nelson and schooled at Nelson College. As a qualified painter, plasterer and decorator he has worked both internationally (from Dublin to Brisbane) and nationally from Nelson to Queenstown. Ben was running his own plastering business for three years prior to beginning his Real Estate career. Through this he was involved with major contracts including The Richmond Mall, World of Wearable Arts and Latitude 41 apartments here in Nelson.
