Building and maintaining strong relationships is a high priority for Amanda and being positive and approachable she has the skills to ensure that this occurs.
We have had Amanda Richards managing our rental property for the majority of the past year. We have received an outstanding response from her in this role. We would recommend her to others seeking this service and actually have done so. Amanda has been a true professional whilst also being able to hold onto her humanity in regard to the needs of both the tenants and landlords.
