Nicole joined Summit in August 2011 as the Stoke Office receptionist following a background in hospitality. It was her natural ability to relate to people and her ‘can-do’ attitude that saw her selected for the role over many other applicants. Learning at an accelerated level, coupled with a commitment to always do an impeccable job resulted in her being promoted to the position of Marketing and Office Administrator at Summit’s largest branch (Nelson). Nicole’s responsibilities as Office Administrator in Nelson include overseeing the large team of salespeople, personal assistants and receptionists within both the residential and commercial teams. She also works alongside the business management team providing assistance and ensuring accuracy with reports and monthly financials.
