Skilled as an office administrator and known for being highly organised and flexible Rachel is the backbone of the Summit Stoke office. Her position requires experience with office software, phone communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Providing administrative support to the sales team and manager she is vital to the smooth-running of the branch and responsible for all property settlements and office reporting. Managing the coordination and implementation of office procedures can be demanding however Rachel copes well under pressure. Her work involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills. Rachel is totally focused on the needs of the sales team and a deft hand at designing their promotional marketing material. Outside of work Rachel’s interests include going to the gym and staying fit along with sea fishing whenever possible, frequently putting her male counter-parts to shame with her amazing catches!
