Ruth joined the Blenheim Summit Property Management team in 2010 after 20 years as an ACC Case Manager and previously a Bank Officer. Her extensive experience is put to good use in managing the complex situations and daily issues which arise in Property Management. This translates into a quality, transparent and professional business experience for all parties concerned.
She does everything by the book and ensures you get the right and relevant information, as may be required at any time. Ruth's motto is; "Good tenants in the right rental home equals rent paid on time, property respected, with satisfied owners and satisfied tenants." Kindness is her preference, but she can be firm if needed.
Ruth has qualifications in the social sciences field which relates well to dealing with people from all backgrounds. Whilst working for Summit she has completed her Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) - the highest industry specific qualification available in New Zealand. Ruth's legislation knowledge has proven to be an advantage to the team.
From Southland, Ruth moved to Blenheim at age 20 and is now almost considered a local - she participates in the local film makers club, belly dancing and enjoys sunny Marlborough with her extended family and friends.
Ruth has managed and negotiated with tenants in a courteous, warm and professional manner. The letting and contracting of new tenants has been to a high standard and prompt. It is a pleasure to recommend Ruth Gill as a property manager.
I highly recommend Ruth Gill as a property manager. Measured in her approach, she is both reliable and effective at her job. I have confidence that looking after my property and my interests is always Ruth's top priority.
Ruth Gill has been easy to communicate with and professional in the manner in which she carries out her duties. Ruth has demonstrated that she is able to make tough decisions to ensure the property is being looked after while at the same time being fair and reasonable to tenants.
